Spotter

Spotteri role for a construction site in Masala between Kirkkonummi and Espoo in Uusimaa. Primary tasks include monitoring and participating in lifting large IV ducts and pipes. Prior spotter experience is not required, but experience directing machinery and people on construction sites is beneficial. The multinational site requires Finnish plus English or Polish. The project is ongoing with long-term needs, and travel within Uusimaa between data centers may be needed. Work involves extended hours (9-10h/day weekdays and some Saturdays) with overtime compensated per the collective agreement. Qualifications: experience from construction sites or traffic control; ability to work 7-17; valid professional cards (safety and traffic); strong Finnish, English and/or Polish skills; high work ethic; good social skills.
