Product Development and Range Coordinator

We are seeking a permanent employee for our headquarters in Lahti: Product Development and Range Coordinator for fashion accessories. In this unique role you will work on accessories for our fashion brands (e.g., Your FACE, Balmuir, Ril´s) and perform a wide range of coordination tasks related to product development across the lifecycle of fashion accessories. You will also draft assortment plans, coordinate and manage assortments in stores and online. You will work closely with your own team and a broad network of stakeholders including marketing, stores, the China product development organization, suppliers and the procurement team. You will report to the Product Manager. Your duties include coordinating collections and lines (placing orders, tracking deliveries, commenting on adjustments, acting as a liaison between stakeholders), managing product data in different systems, coordinating look-book production and product description processes with the China team, coordinating sustainability and product documentation with internal stakeholders and suppliers (care instructions and sustainability certificates), coordinating SMS production, drafting assortment plans in line with the budget, coordinating tasks related to assortment management (order book management and replenishment), coordinating marketing and communications materials and participating in their production. What we expect from you: good knowledge of textile materials and understanding of product development processes; commercial insight and understanding of retail assortment planning and replenishment processes, with the ability to merge creative product development and commercial thinking; relevant textile/apparel education or equivalent experience; strong self-management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and details independently; while autonomous, you should be comfortable collaborating with others and maintaining active communication with stakeholders; excellent Finnish and English written and spoken skills (other languages are a plus); strong data handling skills and readiness to learn multiple systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Illustrator, 3D design and AI tools is a plus.
