Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Taloturva you will take the helm of the plumbing renovation sales business, lead the sales team, develop operations, and ensure targets are not just on paper but realized. We have operated in Jyväskylä since 2012 as a trusted local plumbing renovation partner and have expanded to Sweden and Norway. You will be responsible for leading and growing Taloturva’s plumbing renovation services sales, including recruiting, training, and coaching the sales team, developing and implementing the sales strategy, setting and tracking clear targets, conducting sales negotiations and managing key accounts, and analyzing results with support and training to help you succeed. We measure customer satisfaction after every visit via SMS, with a 2026 NPS of 72 (excellent).
