We are seeking a Participating Construction Supervisor for the Lahti project to lead and organize logistics work on construction sites in collaboration with other site supervisors. Examples of duties include managing material flows and coordinating them, organizing stripping, clearing and waste disposal, maintaining site cleanliness and safety, and practically leading and developing site services. We expect experience in construction logistics on sites and/or strong site-working experience, basic IT skills, fluent Finnish (English is a plus), good communication and teamwork skills, a can-do attitude, and willingness to work evening and/or night shifts. Desirable extras include driving of cranes, Kramer, and/or forklifts and prior experience as a site supervisor.
