Lead the design and development of Impower GmbH's internal IT landscape with a focus on Workplace, Identity Management, Security and SaaS systems. Own the employee lifecycle from IT onboarding to offboarding, provisioning devices, accounts, access rights and support. Build and operate modern Mobile Device Management including endpoint security, patch management and asset lifecycle. Further develop our Identity and Security platform (SSO, SCIM, MFA, permissions management) and implement modern security standards and IT policies. Develop automations and integrations between internal systems to reduce manual processes and enable AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency. Select, consolidate and evolve our SaaS landscape including license, vendor and lifecycle management. Contribute to compliance and audit initiatives (ISO 27001 and GDPR) and ensure a secure, scalable internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SaaS landscape selection, consolidation and lifecycle management including licensing and vendor management
  • Contribute to compliance and audit initiatives (ISO 27001 and GDPR) and ensure secure, scalable internal IT infrastructure
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as System Engineer, IT Administrator or similar role responsible for internal IT systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Workplace Management, Identity & Access Management, and modern SaaS/cloud environments
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (e.g., Jamf), Endpoint Security, and administration of Apple-based or modern Workplace environments
  • Experience building automations and integrations between IT systems; interest in applying AI-powered workflows
  • Good knowledge of modern IT security concepts such as Zero Trust, MFA, Least Privilege, and Security Policies; familiarity with ISO 27001 or GDPR is a plus
  • Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented work style; willingness to continuously improve processes
  • Very good German and English for collaboration in international team
