StaffPoint seeks a Kitchen Shift Manager for Kittilä Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The airport is a busy and unique work environment where you will meet different customers and use your language skills daily. Souvenirs and local delicacies are sold. You will mainly work in the airport kitchen between 10:00 and 19:00. You are the right person if you enjoy an international environment. Our customers value friendly and prompt service. The work is busy, fast-paced, and every day is likely different. The work starts on 9 November 2026 and continues until approximately 11 April 2027. The job is full-time (112.5h/3 weeks). The employment relationship is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels group is a non-smoking workplace. Requirements: previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry; ability to manage operations, teamwork, and a firm leadership attitude; Finnish and English language skills; other languages are an advantage. Hygienic and alcohol certificates; clean background; a valid passport or ID card.
