Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas in Muonio, Lapland’s heart, is a new luxury resort building a place where northern nature, high-quality hospitality, wellness, experiences and refined service meet in a unique way. A restaurant complex will open within Arcora in December 2026. It is a luxury destination where the flavors of Lapland’s eight seasons, rhythm and experiences come together under the culinary vision led by top chef Arto Rastas. We are seeking a Baker to join Arcoras team to craft artisanal breads and pastries baked in-house. At Arcora you will work with quality ingredients, create memorable and high-quality dining experiences for guests, and bring artisanal craft into Arcoras daily rhythm. Responsibilities include bakery duties and other kitchen tasks, producing high-quality bread and pastry products and a superior guest experience, functioning as a key part of the kitchen team, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and smooth collaboration with the entire Arcora team. Requirements include substantial prior experience as a baker, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, a team-player attitude and positive approach, passion and customer-service orientation, good cooperation and communication skills with other departments, a hygiene pass and a food worker health declaration, English language skills (working language English), and an EU citizen passport or valid work permit to Finland.
