Two part-time bakers are sought for Fazer’s in-store bakeries at K-Supermarket Raisio Center and K-Citymarket Rauma. The roles are 8 hours per week, with shifts roughly from 6:00 to 18:00, and are fixed-term positions until 28 February 2027 for Raisio Center and 31 January 2027 for Rauma. The baker’s duties cover the entire baking process from dough to display, working closely with the rest of the store bakery team and supported by a store bakery supervisor. Bread is baked daily, and the candidate should have strong customer service skills and good Finnish language ability. The job includes teamwork with other store bakery staff. Training on main duties to produce fresh bread with high quality using carefully selected ingredients. The wage is governed by the SEL bakery workers collective agreement; starting pay is 12.70–15.71 €/h, with additional shift allowances (evening 15%, night 100%). There is a production-based bonus opportunity (74 cents/hour target).
