Claims Advisor

Would you like to help customers when vehicle damage catches them by surprise? We are hiring two fixed-term claims advisors (moottoriajoneuvovahingot) until August 31, 2027, for the motor vehicle damage team of our regional company serving the Helsinki area. As a claims advisor you will take the customer’s claim situation in hand from the start, handle car collision damages, make compensation decisions and advise customers by phone, via the online service and by email. You will work closely with our partners and ensure the customer understands what happens next. The role is based in Helsinki city center (Kamp) with a hybrid schedule: on weekdays, with flexible hours; partial remote work is possible once you perform well against targets. We hope you can start in early October. We offer meaningful and interesting work that helps customers, great colleagues, and, according to the Insurance Industry collective agreement, a salary in pay grade G, 2824 €/month, with possible addition up to 200 €/month as competence grows. Requirements include previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably claims handling, a strong customer service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions, clear Finnish language skills and ability to serve customers in English as well, quick adoption of new information and digital work methods to develop customer experience, and good IT skills; Guidewire experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
