Come and help build the future of Posti! We are looking for a customer advisor for Posti’s corporate and private customer service. As a customer advisor you help our customers in all situations where they need our help. You serve customers via several channels, such as telephone (inbound and outbound calls), email and chat, where the telephone is your most important working tool. Your goal is to create excellent customer encounters by mapping customers’ needs and offering the best solutions with your strong communication and problem-solving skills. The work is fast-paced and goal-oriented within customer service and contact center. During a workday you meet many different customer situations, and not all follow a ready-made script. You have the ability to quickly absorb new information, search for information effectively from multiple sources and can make decisions even when there is no ready-made answer available. The quality of customer service, efficiency and the customer experience are followed up through various metrics. Therefore the role suits you who enjoy goal-oriented work, want to develop your competence continuously and can combine high service quality with an efficient way of working. We train and support you in all areas to create world-class customer encounters. We are looking for several customer advisors for our upcoming Christmas season on a fixed-term basis. The employment starts on 19 October 2026 and runs until 31 December 2026. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week). Customer service is open every day of the week, including weekends, between 06:00 and 20:00. During autumn and the upcoming Christmas season working hours will mainly be weekdays 08:00–20:00 and Saturdays 08:00–16:00. However you are expected to work within the entire opening hours. Our office is located centrally in Rovaniemi on Koskikatu with good public transport connections. The salary for the position is 13.39 €/hour.
