Counselors for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Work

Are you interested in part-time work with clients in substance abuse and mental health? The Kouvola Rehabilitation Center offers voluntary, around-the-clock detoxification, withdrawal, and rehabilitation care for adults with substance abuse issues. The main task is to provide safe detoxification and safe recovery. We offer flexible casual work according to client needs and your schedule, with shifts in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night from Monday to Sunday. Shifts are available for the same week with short notice, and immediate start is possible once a suitable shift is found. Your duties include monitoring and assessing clients' well-being, working rehabilitatively according to the care plan, and guiding groups based on your interests and skills. We offer an hourly wage of €17.4–18.53 for practical nurses and €18.5–19.6 for nurses (including 9% holiday pay), flexible working hours, a pleasant casual job, onboarding, a mobile app for shift booking, and a responsible, reliable employer. Requirements include practical nurse or nurse qualification (including final-year students and social workers), previous experience in mental health and substance abuse is an advantage, vaccination against infectious diseases as per law, a good, reliable, energetic, and open attitude, and professional work methods.
