We are seeking a motivated CNC machinist for our customer company to be part of a versatile workshop environment. The most important quality is a good attitude, careful work, and a willingness to develop – long work experience is not required, as the company is ready to train the selected person for the task and the machinery in use. The duties emphasize CNC machining and workshop work. A diverse range of machines is available, including machines controlled by Heidenhain, Fanuc and Fagor. Work is mainly manual and includes lift-assisted steps. Materials to be machined are mainly black steel, but stainless steel, aluminum, brass and Hardox are also processed. Work shifts are from 7:30 to 15:30 on weekdays and the salary is about 14–18 euros per hour depending on skill and experience. The company language is Finnish. The role suits someone with basic CNC skills, high motivation to work, and a desire to learn. We offer steady employment in a skilled work community and a proper orientation.
