CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a motivated CNC machinist for our client in a versatile machine shop environment. The main focus is a positive attitude, careful workmanship and a desire to develop; long prior experience is not required as the company is prepared to train the selected person for the position and for the equipment in use. The duties emphasize CNC machining and workshop tasks. The shop features a diverse range of machines, including Heidenhain-, Fanuc-, and Fagor-controlled equipment. Much of the work is manual and involves lift-assisted steps. Materials machined include mainly black steel, with occasional stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and Hardox. Workpieces are generally small, making the work varied and interesting. Working hours are weekdays from 7:30 to 15:30, and the pay is approximately 14–18 EUR per hour depending on skill and experience. The company language is Finnish. The role suits someone with basic CNC skills, high motivation to work, and a willingness to learn new things. We offer stable work in a competent team and proper onboarding.
