Business Director

The Business Director – Solution Services leads a significant part of the organization, responsible for strategy, profitability, and development of service offerings within the Solution Services business. The role sits on the management team and oversees an approximately 10-person leadership group reporting to the top management. Key duties include shaping the business plan, setting targets, and monitoring results; developing service portfolios, improving efficiency, quality and predictability; ensuring profitable growth; participating in key client project governance, and building a capable expert organization with strong collaboration with customers, staff, partners, and other stakeholders. A suitable university degree and substantial leadership experience in business or a large expert organization are required, with a track record of managing complex programs and projects, and a focus on turning strategy into practical outcomes. The position emphasizes people-oriented leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking, with a preference for knowledge of the social and healthcare sector (Sote). The role offers the chance to lead a business exceeding €40 million in turnover, be part of the executive team, and influence both business and supporting services.
