Global Network Manager

Pebl presents a global capability to hire, pay, and manage employees across 185+ countries via an AI-powered Global Work Platform. The Senior Global Network Manager will lead day-to-day management of Pebl's In-Country Partners (ICPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability across the partner network. The role reports to the Director of Payroll Operations, Network and Expense and is based in Toronto as a hybrid role, with responsibilities spanning partner sourcing, activation, governance, maintenance, and knowledge management. Key activities include leading end-to-end RFP processes, managing reactivation pipelines, negotiating MSAs/SOWs/SLAs, maintaining governance frameworks, bridging internal and external teams, enforcing SLA adherence, driving process improvements, and contributing to the Partner Knowledge Base. Requirements include 5+ years in global partner management or a similar multinational context, hands-on RFP and contract negotiation experience, strong communication, detail-orientation, and proficiency with Google Workspace and partner platforms; the role supports a globally distributed team.
