About the role

What you will be doing: - Prepare and maintain reports on upcoming shipments, customs status, and data quality issues. - Analyze logistics, commercial, and customs data to identify inconsistencies and initiate appropriate corrections. - Monitor third-country shipments and verify customs status in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external brokers. - Prepare clear customs instructions for external brokers to support timely and accurate customs clearance. - Collaborate with Customs, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure aligned processes and reliable shipment execution. - Support the preparation and filing of customs declarations where required.
