Customs Analyst

What you will be doing: - Prepare and maintain reports on upcoming shipments, customs status, and data quality issues. - Analyze logistics, commercial, and customs data to identify inconsistencies and initiate appropriate corrections. - Monitor third-country shipments and verify customs status in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external brokers. - Prepare clear customs instructions for external brokers to support timely and accurate customs clearance. - Collaborate with Customs, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure aligned processes and reliable shipment execution. - Support the preparation and filing of customs declarations where required. What you need to succeed: - Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Ability to work with logistics, commercial, and customs-related data - Structured, reliable, and proactive working style - Strong motivation, ownership, and commitment to assigned tasks - English language proficiency at minimum B2 level - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, customs, business administration, finance, data analytics, or a related field. - Practical experience in customs operations, logistics, data analysis, or supply chain processes may be considered in place of formal education Nice to have: - Experience in data analysis, customs operations, logistics, or supply chain processes - Experience working with SAP, especially SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA - Familiarity with customs declarations, broker instructions, or import/export processes - Additional language skills are an advantage What’s in it for you: - A global community, collaboration across brands, and career development opportunities. - Employee discounts, cross-brand collaboration, and global exposure. - A culture built on trust, support, and shared responsibility. - Modern technologies and ways of working; opportunities to evolve digital solutions. - Recruitment process includes CV screening, phone screening, and two interview rounds.
