The Role and Responsibilities: Nebius is building the cloud infrastructure that will power the next generation of Physical AI—robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, and embodied intelligence operating in the real world. As a European-headquartered AI infrastructure company, EMEA is a strategic home market for Nebius and one of the most consequential regions in the global Physical AI buildout. You will open strategic executive-level accounts across the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem and lead engagement with top-tier accounts. You will shape opportunity directions with the EMEA Field CTO team and act as executive sponsor to accelerate time-to-close. You will translate in-region learnings into repeatable motions—subsegment theses, playbooks, and enablement—tailored to the EMEA buyer, regulatory framing (EU AI Act, GDPR, data sovereignty), and regional go-to-market complexity. You will build the EMEA Playbook, battle cards, and positioning guides for a consistent regional approach. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in sales overlay, GTM strategy, or domain-specialist selling within Cloud, AI Infrastructure, or HPC, including substantial experienceกับ EMEA. Deep domain fluency in Physical AI stack and familiarity with sovereignty considerations. Excellent communication and executive presence.
