The Principal, EMEA GTM – Physical AI owns our GTM motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for Nebius’ Physical AI platform. This role is a domain-led, regionally anchored pipeline generator and deal accelerator, responsible for opening strategic executive-level accounts, generating qualified pipeline, and guiding engagements with regional executives. You will work with EMEA AEs, regional leadership, and Field CTO teams to shape opportunities, sponsor deals, and accelerate time-to-close. You will develop repeatable regional plays and enablement, tailored to the EMEA regulatory environment (EU AI Act, GDPR, data sovereignty) and multi-country GTM complexity. The position allows remote work within EMEA, with strong preference for London or Munich; Paris or Amsterdam are also viable. Responsibilities include: generating and owning pipeline in the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem; framing use cases; partnering with AEs and regional leadership to move deals; executing lighthouse accounts; defining subsegment theses; building an EMEA Playbook; enabling the regional team; and driving long-term revenue growth in the region.
