Secondary school teacher

Ylivieska has nine elementary schools, one combined school, and one middle school. Kaisaniemi Middle School teaches students in grades 7-9. The Taanila Combined School educates students in grades 0-9. Approximately 700 students attend middle schools in Ylivieska. As a substitute, you can specify your preferred school. Longer-term substitutes are also recruited through separate applications, so please follow the open job postings by Ylivieska City. Applicants are responsible for updating their application and availability in the register. Keeping contact and availability information current is a prerequisite for being offered substitute positions. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/98). Applicants without formal qualifications will also be considered. A criminal record extract as per section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act must be presented if the total duration of substitutes exceeds three months within a year.
