We are seeking a motivated student for a master thesis to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes at the interface of R&D and production. Responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation potentials, CNC-supported serial production including material testing, and validating optimization proposals. The ideal candidate is studying chemical engineering, process engineering, or a similar field, with structured, interdisciplinary work approach, good English skills, and experience in production technology. Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing workflows
- Identify potentials for process automation to increase efficiency
- CNC-supported serial production including material testing
- Validate and implement optimization proposals
Requirements
- Studying chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field
- Structured and interdisciplinary work approach
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- High communication skills
- Experience in production technology is desirable
