Business Controller

The role involves enhancing operational performance by driving continuous business excellence improvements across the equipment supply chain. The successful candidate will independently design, lead, and implement group-wide process development initiatives within operations controlling. Collaborating closely with global process owners, this position ensures robust KPI tracking and quantifies the tangible efficiency gains of strategic Business Excellence initiatives. While this role is primarily based in Helsinki, Finland, applications from candidates near other European manufacturing sites are welcome. Responsibilities include developing management accounting processes, acting as a finance business partner, establishing operational KPIs, delivering operational insights, coaching management teams, harmonising finance processes, ensuring financial follow-up on projects, and representing finance in various initiatives. Requires a Master’s degree in Business or Economics, 10+ years of experience, proven leadership, strong communication skills, proficiency in IT tools, fluent English, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification as an advantage.
