Requirements
- Strong business understanding and ability to align technology with business goals
- Proven change management and delivery of digital development projects
- Experience in data and analytics solutions development and data-driven decision support
- Practical understanding of AI in business
- Experience in IT operations development in industrial, logistics or other operational environments
- Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
