Nano operates as a service provider to Helsinki and Vantaa municipalities, organizing after-school programs for 7–8-year-olds at 14 schools. We seek a day-to-day supervisor for the afternoon club group at Vattuniemen elementary school. The supervisor leads a team of six, with key skills including excellent interpersonal abilities, strong organizational capacity, and substantial experience guiding groups of children. Experience with students receiving individual support is a plus. The supervisor is responsible for the club’s daily operations, motivates and guides team members toward the best outcomes, plans and implements parent communications, and collaborates with school staff. The program emphasizes group work and ensuring children feel safe and engaged by capable adults. The day comprises outdoor activities, snacks, homework, and rotating hobby activities, with several activities offered daily.
