Warehouse Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic warehouse worker for a fixed-term employment at K-Rauta Ojan Rauta in Raahe. The fixed term is due to hours coverage until 31 March 2027. We work at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and friendly team. As a warehouse worker you serve customers with expertise and a solution-oriented approach, help with product selection and project planning, take care of product presentation and participate in department maintenance. We value responsibility, efficiency and careful work habits, and an interest in construction materials. As a warehouse worker you unload, check and receive incoming loads, pick customer orders and load them onto outgoing shipments, and participate in the daily operations of the drive-in hall and the outdoor store together with other staff. Customer service in the outdoor store and drive-in hall is also a part of your work. We hope you have: a cheerful and open customer service attitude; initiative and flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure; the ability to work both alone and in a team; willingness to develop and enthusiasm to learn new things; Finnish language skills and at least 18 years of age; readiness to work during all store opening hours; forklift handling skills; the ability to work carefully but efficiently also in busy times; good physical condition (the job involves lifting); knowledge of construction materials is an advantage. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required, as we will train you in your duties.
