We are seeking experienced and development-minded career coaches to join on a permanent full-time basis in Turku. Help build a new model for employment services in Turku by contributing to real change and tangible results. You will support clients through goal-oriented individual and group coaching toward work and education, assist with job search, articulating skills and work-life readiness, design and implement learning integration processes, support assessment-related processes for work capacity and functioning, and collaboratively develop a new coaching model and concept with the team. Depending on your skills, you may also participate in on-the-job work- and functioning assessments.

Responsibilities
- Provide goal-oriented individual and group coaching toward work and education

- Coordinate with employers and partner networks to ensure employment
- Design and implement apprenticeship processes
- Assist in work capacity and functioning assessments
- Collaborate with team to build new coaching model and concepts
Requirements
- Experience in career counseling
- Proven track record of effective coaching with results
- Ability to coach individuals and groups for diverse target groups
- Understanding of vocational education assessment systems and their use in work-readiness
- Ability to adopt new systems and function in digital learning environments
- Good English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Solution-oriented, developmental and independent work attitude
- Suitable higher education degree
