Practical nurse - home care

We are seeking a practical nurse for home care in the Oulu area for weekend shifts. The job offers meaningful, independent work focused on the well-being and quality of life of clients. You will work in clients’ own homes, supporting them to function in daily life safely and as autonomously as possible. Responsibilities include basic care and daily assistance, medication administration as permitted by competence and licenses, comprehensive health monitoring and measurements, and supporting the client’s functional capacity, well‑being and safety. Every workday in home care is different; you will utilise your expertise broadly and perform work that has real meaning in the clients’ daily lives.
