A Group Leader is not a tour guide. Your role is to lead the group experience, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure. You will lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips, create a positive group dynamic, support the itinerary, and help turn a trip into a memorable experience. You should be comfortable speaking English fluently, have strong communication and leadership skills, be responsible and organized, and enjoy managing group dynamics. Based in Europe. The World English Community is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead tours in English, with travelers from all around the world. We are seeking Native and Fluent English speakers based in Europe.
