Scaffold Helper

A team of experienced scaffold workers is seeking a new teammate for a factory site. We are looking for someone with prior experience in scaffold construction or other construction tasks. In this job, attitude is the most important asset, and scaffold building is both a teamwork and safety‑critical discipline where every person’s correct attitude and contribution matter. We prefer candidates who can commit to long‑term employment. You will be trained and introduced to your tasks. You will work in an installation team with seasoned professionals, and work will be performed with strict adherence to safety regulations. The job can be physically demanding and requires concentration and precision, but the atmosphere in the group is positive and good‑humored banter is welcome. We offer a long‑term contract, mostly full‑time work, with some seasonal variation possible. Pay is in line with the Construction Industry collective agreement, with an hourly wage of at least €12.59. You will work with supportive colleagues, receive thorough onboarding and training, and have access to proper gear and tools.
