The role is to work as a versatile maintenance helper in an industrial setting. Primary duties include opening/closing security routines, cleaning and upkeep of factory and construction areas, and moving materials and equipment by truck. Requirements include a valid C-driver’s license, a digital driver card, physical fitness, careful and responsible work attitude, valid occupational safety card, good Finnish language skills, and high work ethic. The job is performed at the client’s premises or construction sites, under Visio Pohjois-Pohjanmaa Oy but with the client as the actual work site. The position is full-time with salary arranged according to the Property Services TES, paid twice monthly. Onboarding is included, with work gear provided and opportunities for skill development. This is a temporary-to-permanent style opportunity with potential to advance to more demanding tasks.
