As a resources pool nurse in home care, you act as a nursing expert who can make independent decisions and participate actively in a multiprofessional team. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for clients in your area. Your duties include onboarding and guiding other staff, advising and ensuring competence, preparing and coordinating doctor consultations as needed, and facilitating new client relationships and discharges from hospital to home. You work closely with various actors; central to patient work is assessing care needs and adjusting service and care plans accordingly. An up-to-date service and care plan is essential for successful patient work. You work on weekday mornings. We offer a varied role where you can utilise your nursing expertise across contexts, meeting new people and client situations daily, making work rewarding and developmental. We value experience with elderly people, hold a valid LOVe drug prescription (can be obtained at start of employment), and Finnish language skills are essential with Swedish as a plus. A valid driving license and own car are required due to mobility. Qualification requirement is licensure as a nurse under the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994).
