Senior Project Manager - Enersense International Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients' data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction. Main tasks and responsibilities include owning end-to-end project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, acting as primary client interface, developing project strategies, overseeing planning and change management, leading reporting and performance management, and ensuring compliance with standards. Requirements include 10-15+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related sectors, proven track record managing large-scale projects, understanding of contracts and risk management, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and good command of English.
