Palmia’s facility service professionals take care of a variety of premises and buildings so that their users can feel comfortable and safe – from kindergartens and schools to housing associations and business parks. The job duties are described as working in facilities maintenance across different sites with a view to ensuring comfortable and safe spaces for occupants. The POSTING also notes that pay is based on the Real Estate Service Workers collective agreement, with possible additional training allowance between 2-5% depending on the completed qualification.
