We are currently seeking healthcare assistants to join MediPower’s team in Kemiönsaari for flexible, shift-based work. The role involves working in elderly care housing units, typically morning and evening shifts. Responsibilities include basic care, daily support, medication administration, and guidance-oriented work to assist residents in their daily lives. Applicants must have a lähihoitajan qualification and be registered with Valvira; final-year students (over 120 ECTS) will be considered. In addition to the hourly wage, holiday pay (9%) and site-specific shift allowances are paid. Shift-based offers can go up to 18 €/h.
