We are looking for a finance coordinator for the accounting and reimbursements team. The role involves participating in onboarding projects for new financial systems and developing the organization's accounting and payment processes. Your workday will mainly consist of daily accounting and payments tasks and, around financial year-end, assisting with closing tasks. The organization is young with rapid development; in the coming years we will implement several systems, and the finance coordinator role will allow you to participate in these change projects according to your interests and skills. Success in the role requires previous experience in financial administration, strong IT skills (especially Excel), excellent customer service skills, and a development-minded attitude. Your supervisor is the team lead, and you will be supported by skilled colleagues from your own and other teams as well as the financial services manager. Our Financial Services Center comprises about 60 finance professionals. We handle purchase and sales invoicing, accounting, payments, and even state reimbursements for the welfare area. With high volumes, our work is efficient and innovative. We serve both internal and external customers with a positive attitude. We provide modern, comfortable workspace in Espoo center, and regular remote work is possible. The workplace address is Kamreerintie 2, Espoo. Working hours: 36.25 h/week. The position is permanent. Suitable education: a higher education or polytechnic qualification in financial administration (e.g., merkonomi or tradenomi). Requirements: prior experience in financial administration; good collaboration skills; excellent Finnish language skills. Desirable: knowledge of the welfare area's operating environment; Swedish language skills. Some candidates may be asked to provide a random drug test in line with the welfare area's drug program.
