- Advocate for risk culture and stakeholder engagement within Sweden

Requirements
- 4+ years in a 2nd line risk management or control function
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000)
- Knowledge of DORA, incident- and third party risk management
- Experience in regulated institutions/industries
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent)
- Industry Risk Management Certifications (CRMA, CRISC, CISA) would be beneficial
- Experience with analytics and automation tools (Power BI, Power Apps)
