This is a fixed-term counseling position at Rinnekodit Toimintakeskus Kartanonhaka in Helsinki. The role involves identifying individual needs of clients, ensuring quality care, and supporting participation and employment-oriented activities. The work includes basic care, group facilitation, and rehabilitative work methods, and you will assist clients physically with daily tasks. A thorough orientation and various trainings are provided to ensure smooth work. You will design and implement activities with the community and clients to support inclusion and employment based on clients’ needs, wishes, and abilities. A supportive teamwork culture and a safe, respectful work environment are emphasised. The position requires a social welfare or health care qualification (lähihoitaja or similar) and a Social- and Health Care Authority approval, with readiness to obtain a certificate (Kanta) or related endorsements. Must have group-leading skills, hygiene certificate, basic Finnish language skills for documentation and client interactions, and vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act, §48. The employer is a non-smoker and drug-free workplace. Salary is in pay grade G22 (2562.61-2901.33 €) plus collective agreement allowances.
