Product Designer

Smartly is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of our platform by understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and defining impactful product experiences. The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore workflows, validate problems, and translate insights into strategic directions. Responsibilities include designing intuitive products, interacting with customers, partnering with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and driving discovery efforts. Candidates should have 8+ years of product design experience, confidence in end-to-end design processes, and a passion for product discovery. Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech is beneficial.
