Store Manager

In our fast-paced, relaxed team we seek an enthusiastic Express store manager to ensure the store experience exceeds customer expectations. Your role is to work in-store in customer service and sales tasks, lead customer service in the store, and support Onninen’s sales overall. You will organise store tasks and guide operations according to the region manager and chain guidelines so daily routines and duties are carried out in the store. You may act as the regional manager’s substitute when needed. You will also contribute to developing your own work and the operating environment to create an excellent customer experience. You will oversee product selection and implement chain concepts and store marketing (e.g., campaigns) together with store staff. Your assignment location will be our Express-store in Kajaani. Desirable are previous experience as the store’s top performer, knowledge of local contractor customer base, experience in store marketing tasks, and knowledge of tools and protective equipment.
