IT Help Desk Technician

This position is a permanent role for an on-site IT help desk professional who supports users at client sites around the Helsinki–Espoo–Vantaa area. The role includes on-site IT support and phone help desk, and the candidate will work either as the sole IT help desk person at some sites or as part of a small IT help desk team at others. Regular working hours vary weekly according to client resource needs and are typically 22.5–37.5 hours per week, with shifts either 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 (no on-call). Key tasks include on-site and telephone user support, hardware deployment and setup, and support for mobile devices, workstations, printers, and network equipment. Requirements include several years’ relevant experience and suitable education, understanding of outsourced IT services, experience with device deployment, proactive and customer-focused attitude, and excellent Finnish and English skills.
