Veneer Production Apprenticeship

Join a global, growing company focused on sustainable solutions. UPM seeks apprenticeship students for veneer production in Joensuu. The apprenticeship lasts two years, during which you learn veneer production under the guidance of experienced colleagues and complete the veneer industry professional qualification. The program starts in autumn 2026 and includes a salary during training according to the collective agreement. You will receive a dedicated workplace supervisor and support from seasoned colleagues. The role involves practical production work, operating machines, quality assurance and teamwork. A shift-based schedule and physical work may be required.
