Field Engineer

The Field Engineer at Hilti is responsible for supporting project and key clients through professional technical consulting and development of engineering-based solution sales. This role exists to build long-term relationships, support designers and sales teams, and ensure the highest quality technical solutions from project concept to on-site realization. Responsibilities include providing professional technical consultancy for project cells and selected clients, creating technical specifications and design descriptions using Hilti solutions, actively developing sales of Hilti software, paid services, trainings, and technical tests, supporting sales teams through site visits and identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining data quality, work standards and smooth information flow in Salesforce; participate in trainings, webinars and marketing initiatives. What you will bring: higher technical education and communicative English; experience in construction and/or design projects and knowledge of investment and decision processes; solid engineering knowledge and familiarity with design-support tools; teamwork, strong time-management and the ability to plan independently; commitment, proactivity, responsibility for safety (BHP) and a category B driving license.
