The role involves pediatric individual therapy, delivered either at our clinic or in the child’s everyday environment in Hämeenlinna (home, day care, or school) and nearby areas. Our clinic’s services include physiotherapy, vocational rehabilitation, LAKU family rehabilitation, and Oma väylä rehabilitation. In our multidisciplinary team, professionals from different rehabilitation fields work together to provide high-quality care for our clients. Your direct supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly so you can focus on client work. We consider each life situation. You can be employed on a fixed-term contract with various pay models or as an entrepreneur. Part-time work is possible too. The monthly full-time salary for a speech therapist ranges from €4,030 to €4,739 depending on experience and region. Flexible working hours on weekdays allow you to plan your work rhythm. If you wish, you can choose our output-based pay model, allowing you to influence your own pay. Therapists paid by output typically earn between €4,000 and €6,500 per month depending on pace. Output-based pay is flexible—you may work less and earn less or work more and earn noticeably more than average. Work arrangements and hours can be adjusted to your needs, and our extensive clinic network enables transferring to another location if life circumstances change. Start date as agreed. To succeed, you need: a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and the license from the National Authority for Medicolegal Affairs; at least two years of experience in rehabilitation after graduation; driving license and own car; sufficient IT skills for written tasks; flexible approach and positive attitude; vaccination against communicable diseases as client safety is paramount; and a criminal record check as required by social and health care supervisory law.
