MIG/MAG Welder

We are looking for MIG/MAG welders to join our client in Tuusula for a fixed-term contract. The role primarily involves manual welding of black steel pipes in a hall setting. You may occasionally use a metal saw, so proficiency with sawing is required. Welding robots are a plus if you have experience. Read drawings as the produced parts are serial components that require interpretation of drawing plans. The working language is Finnish, so the candidate must be fluent in Finnish. Requirements include several years of welding experience, a valid hot-work permit ( tulityökortti ), readiness for two-shift work (morning and evening), strong work ethic, social skills and the ability to work independently and follow instructions. The employer promises competitive pay based on skill level, per our Vision employee pledge, and a two-weekly pay cycle with daily support and opportunities to advance. The shift schedule runs May–August with work until late August, 40 hours per week, with two-weekly salary payments and proper work gear provided.
