The duties include creating a positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining a well-organized and tidy shop, and handling routine tasks. The store is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customers and interesting products abound, and we value teamwork and a friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include putting customers first, ensuring high store standards with appealing displays, customer service and shelf replenishment, opening and closing the store, and cashier duties. Requirements include experience in retail and a lively work environment; you should be customer-focused, able to work independently and efficiently, and comfortable working in Finnish (with English/Swedish as welcome extras).
