Shift Manager

We are looking to join a evolving Finnish restaurant group in Vaasa as a Shift Manager at Rax Pizzabuffet. The successful candidate will influence customer experience through hands-on leadership, balancing group dynamics with independent work. Hygienic certificate is required. The role combines frontline service leadership with some independent shift work and administrative tasks, mentoring junior staff, and handling customer service during peak hours. The position is permanent, with a typical schedule around 90 hours per 3 weeks, under Restel Ravintolat Oy.
