A well-built tomorrow is made together. As an AI Specialist at YIT, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and effective use of artificial intelligence throughout the organisation. You will work closely with the business, IT and various experts, connecting business needs with the opportunities AI offers and turning them into practical work. AI is the clear focus of the role, but you will also be able to use and learn about other technologies, platforms and digital solutions according to business needs and your own interests. As an AI Specialist: - You will play a key role in the AI team, which is responsible for shared AI services and ways of working and supports the business in using AI safely and effectively. - You will support the practical implementation of the AI governance model and shared practices, and maintain related documentation, guidance and communications in Finnish and English. - You will support and advise the business in identifying new AI needs and use cases, and in planning and advancing development initiatives. - You will take part in the deployment, trials and prototyping of AI solutions. - You will coordinate and support AI training and help users adopt new solutions. - You will gather development ideas, feedback and observations and progress agreed development activities based on them. - You will actively follow developments in AI and related technologies and assess practical opportunities to use them at YIT. What will help you succeed: - You have experience with AI solutions in a business environment and understand practices for their controlled and safe use, such as AI governance, information security, data protection and responsible AI principles. - You have experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or similar AI solutions, and are interested in deepening your knowledge in the rapidly developing AI field. - You have experience supporting the adoption of new technology solutions. - You understand IT service management principles and the fundamentals of software development. - You can connect technology opportunities with practical business needs and support requirements management. - You are enthusiastic and proactive, learn quickly, take responsibility for agreed areas and move them forward independently in collaboration with others. - You can work fluently in an international environment and have fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. - You have a suitable higher-education degree, for example in information technology, or equivalent skills acquired through practical experience. You do not need to know everything already. The essentials are fluent Finnish and English, a good technical foundation, the ability to learn quickly, and the interest and courage to put new technologies into practice together with the business.
