The role involves developing and maintaining learning environments and supporting the implementation of communal pedagogy. You will help advance the educational goals and daily operations of the child group together with other staff, ensuring the children’s basic needs, care actions and well-being. You will support and enrich children’s play and ensure a safe environment. You will participate in the implementation and evaluation of support measures, carry out teaching tasks and small-group activities according to the early childhood education teacher’s guidelines, and promote the pedagogy implemented by the team, contributing to a collaborative, encouraging and developing work culture. You will foster a respectful, interactive and learning-oriented work community and cooperate closely with the parents. Qualifications include a degree as a child caretaker or practical nurse (children and youths) or a social services student (AMK), previous experience in early childhood education, fluent Finnish and Swedish, good cooperation and communication skills, and an initiative, careful and responsible work attitude.

Requirements
- Qualified as a child caretaker or practical nurse for children and youth, or a social services graduate (AMK)
- Experience in early childhood education
- Fluency in Finnish and Swedish
- Strong cooperation and communication skills
- Initiative, meticulous and responsible work attitude
