Grano is a workplace that values expertise, courage, smooth collaboration and the desire to succeed together. Although our roots are in a traditional industry, we look firmly to the future and want to create a forerunner in the field. We are looking for a Human Resources Director to join our Group Management Team and support the company’s next stage of development. You will act as the CEO’s strategic sounding board. You will ensure that the organisation’s capabilities, leadership and operating models support business objectives now and in the future. What will you do? You will be responsible for the HR function as a whole and its development. You will lead the HR team and work closely with the management team, supervisors and employee representatives. Your role combines strategic HR leadership, business partnership and practical change leadership. Your areas of responsibility will include leadership development, capability management, labour-market matters, occupational wellbeing management and developing the organisation’s operating practices. You will play a key role in planning and delivering business change and development initiatives. You will support the organisation through change and ensure that changes are implemented with employee involvement and in support of the business. What do we expect from you? You are an experienced HR leader with a strong understanding of business. You are a natural discussion partner for senior management, supervisors and employees. We hope you have: - Extensive experience with overall responsibility for HR and working with a management team. - Experience delivering demanding change projects and organisational changes. - Strong labour-market expertise and experience working with employee representatives. - Good financial skills. - Experience in a labour-intensive, blue-collar operating environment. - A track record of developing leadership, capabilities and organisations. - A suitable master’s-level degree. We also value experience working in an environment with several collective agreements, developing reward systems, using HR data to support the business, and managing outsourced payroll. What kind of person are we looking for? You understand how HR affects business success and know how to apply it according to the situation. You combine strategic vision with practical implementation and see agreed actions through decisively. You also understand that dialogue is essential to successful change. You build trust with employees, employee representatives and supervisors, while also being able to make difficult decisions when needed. You have strong communication skills, can listen to different perspectives and want to develop the organisation over the long term. You enjoy an environment that values practicality, directness, collaboration and treating people as equals. Why become Grano’s Human Resources Director? We offer a visible and influential role on the management team. You will lead significant change and development initiatives and make a lasting contribution to the development of our people, leadership and workplace culture.
