Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned cases through case management and billing systems
- Provide guidance for travel needs, counsel on immigration process, and be a contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
- Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients
- Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists
- Assist leadership in large projects
- Monitor Mobility dashboard, ensure SLA adherence and reporting
Requirements
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration for the United Kingdom
