Job Description

Shape the Future of Work at Korn Ferry Can be based anywhere in Germany but will be contractually aligned to our office not a remote contract, Reward. Organisation Design. Operating Models. Talent Strategy. The way organisations create value is changing fast. AI is reshaping jobs. Pay transparency is transforming employee expectations. Organisations are redesigning operating models, rethinking workforce structures, and looking for better ways to attract, develop and retain talent. That's where we come in. At Korn Ferry, we're helping some of the world's leading organisations solve their most complex people challenges. We're looking for curious, commercially-minded consultants with 8– 15 years' experience who want to work at the intersection of Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Operating Model Transformation and Talent Strategy. Whether your background is in management consulting, workforce transformation, HR advisory or organisational effectiveness, this is an opportunity to broaden your impact and shape the future of work. What You'll Work On You'll partner with senior leaders to tackle critical workforce and organisational challenges, including: Designing Total Rewards and Pay Transparency strategies that drive attraction, retention and fairness. Building organisation structures and operating models that enable growth and transformation. Developing career architecture, skills frameworks and talent strategies aligned to future business needs. Advising clients on workforce effectiveness, organisational performance and employee value propositions. Helping organisations navigate evolving regulations, changing workforce expectations and emerging ways of working. Leading complex, high-profile consulting engagements across Europe and beyond. Why This Is Different This isn't just a Reward role. You'll work across the full spectrum of organisational and workforce strategy, combining data, insight and consulting expertise to help clients answer some of their biggest questions: How should we organise for the future? How do we attract and retain critical talent? How do we create fair, transparent and sustainable reward programmes? How do we ensure our workforce and operating model support business growth? Who We're Looking For You'll likely have: 8–15 years' experience in management consulting, HR consulting, organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation or reward consulting. Strong problem-solving and client advisory skills. Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex projects. A genuine curiosity about how organisations, jobs, skills, careers and rewards are evolving. Fluency in English and German. Most importantly, you'll bring an agile mindset, intellectual curiosity and the ability to connect seemingly unrelated challenges into practical solutions for clients.
